Children's Ministry
We offer a comprehensive children's ministry offering times during our Sunday School hour and KidZone during the adult worship service. Children get an opportunity to worship together and learn lessons in a setting that is meaningful, fulfilling and most importantly fun for each of them.
We also offer two nurseries for our younger kids. One nursery designated for infants and another toddlers. Both nurseries have the service broadcast into them so that no parents or workers have to miss the service.
Youth Ministry
Our Youth Ministry is a strong and vibrant ministry working with students and parents to grow a strong bond between the students, God, and their parents. The goal of the Youth Ministry is to equip students to live a lifetime of grace and love through Jesus Christ while giving them a judgement free, Christ-like atmosphere where they can come and worship with other students unafraid.
We offer our Sunday School hour as a traditional Sunday School class and as small group classes to give students the opportunity to go deeper with God as a whole and in smaller groups of their peers where they can go more in-depth and ask the tough questions.
We also offer Youth Group on Sunday nights starting at 6:30 where the students come and pray, hear a lesson, and play games, giving them a time to grow closer to God and other Christians.
Men's Ministry
It's here that men connect with men. Set in casual settings, we have two primary activities geared toward simple fellowship.
We meet the SECOND Saturday of every month at 7:30am at our church for Men's Breakfast, where the food is provided and we visit with one another.
We also meet monthly on a Tuesday night at 7:00pm in the basement of one of our guy's home for Guy's Game Night where we generally play card games and rounds of pool.
Women's Ministry
The goal of PFMC’s Women’s Ministries committee is to encourage relationships among women in the church, helping to strengthen their bonds with one another, and to provide non-threatening activities to which they can invite their unchurched friends and family members. Opportunities to build one another up in Christ and offer encouragement are made available through the Secret Sister program. Friday Female Fellowship provides women the chance to relax and experience Christian fellowship. Participation in conference activities fosters a sense of greater belonging and provides an avenue to participate in World Missions. The Women's Retreat in October is an important event in the life PFMC women, and scholarships are provided to aid with the financial aspect of this event. The conference events we support and attend foster relationships with Christian women in our neighborhoods, in our conference and around the world.
Small Groups
We are excited to be offering Small Groups to our community. Small Groups give people an opportunity to grow closer to each other and Christ through a Sunday School type class that meets at your convenience! We offer many classes ranging in topics from independent studies in Ruth, Joshua, Revelation and Job, to church led studies learning about the relationship principles of Jesus.
As wide and various as the topics are, so are the time! We have groups meeting nearly every day of the week, some being offered every other week, to accomodate peoples schedules.
